1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 565bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 565bet website at 565bet.bio, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

5 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 565bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on any 565bet platform content or software.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

565bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

8 Limitation of Liability

Betting Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted by 565bet as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, a data-feed error, or a pricing error — 565bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account. 565bet shall not be liable for any losses allegedly sustained as a result of a player not being able to place a bet due to technical issues.
